Volleyball has been my life since my teens. My playing career lasted 30 years but the switch to the technical aspects of the sport developed from the announcement of the London 2012 Olympics.
From that point I became involved in statistics, which then led to further expansion after the games to field of play technology including electronic score and more.
Turn to present day and the my experience has now expanded even more and incorporating all formats of the game and everthing connected with running the technology and officials in events.
I believe my knowledge is comprehensive (3 Olympics, 2 world championships, Commonwealth Games and global support for many International events of every discipline of the sport).
I'm always still looking for the improvements along the way. Most recently I have become increasingly involved with education of officials both on line and in person and I believe that this is crucial in matches running smoothly at all levels.
